James Felton Keith is an engineer, economist and author who asks a deceptively simple question: What are people worth in an economy increasingly run by machines?

A recipient of the 56th NAACP Labor Award, Keith works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, insurance, human capital and the future of work. He is the Founder of InclusionScore and Chair of the Workforce Service Management Institute, where his work connects international management standards, including ISO 42001 for artificial intelligence and ISO 30415 for diversity and inclusion, to measurable organizational and insurance risk.

Keith is the author of 13 books, including Data Is Labor and Your Data, Their Wealth: The Price of Human Input to the AI Economy.
